Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Butler or in Food and Beverage or related field at a 5-star luxury hotel preferred; Excellent guest service skills, attention to detail, and discretion required; Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; Polite, professional attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work any day of the week and any shift; Well-groomed appearance and ability to read, write, and speak in English
