Position: Hotel Assistant Manager
About: stayAPT Suites is a new hotel concept entering the long-term lodging market, with over 20 hotels open by the end of 2022 and 15+ more in development. Each suite is designed to feel residential, with a living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom. The chain, based in Matthews, North Carolina, aims to build a portfolio of 100 corporate-owned hotels alongside franchising opportunities.
Requirements: 1-2+ years of experience in hotel management; strong background in the hospitality industry; excellent customer service skills; US work authorization; demonstrated competency in hotel operations and guest relations; knowledge of Microsoft Office products; ability to utilize Excel for analysis; leadership and management skills; exceptional written and oral communication; exceptional organizational skills; must have a strong focus on guest service and experience; exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; 3+ years of hospitality industry experience required; proven experience in team management; high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
