About: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and confident Barback/Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest profiles and preferences. Requirements: High school or equivalent education; 1-2 years in a guest service position; ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift, move effectively within the restaurant, lift up to 20 pounds, work in varying environmental conditions, communicate in English, comply with safety and health procedures, maintain appearance standards, bend, squat, and stretch as needed, adhere to Resort policies
