Position: Host/Hostess – Denny’s
About: Denny’s restaurant located in Eugene, OR is currently in search of a Host/Hostess. Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Host/Hostess plays a crucial role in greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner, handling payments, and supporting other service staff to ensure overall guest satisfaction. They are also responsible for addressing any guest concerns that may arise during their dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing; ability to work in a team environment; adherence to uniform and grooming standards; flexibility to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends; exceptional guest service skills; reliability, willingness to learn, and follow instructions; respect for diversity and others
