Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engage in friendly conversation while suggesting new menu items, processing payments, making correct change, and assisting with beverage orders
- Complete side work such as cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with seating arrangements and managing waitlists during busy times
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Provide excellent customer service as the first and last point of contact for guests
