About: Club Macanudo, an upscale luxury cigar bar and restaurant located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is seeking full or part-time Servers to join their team. The establishment is known for its welcoming ambiance to loyal patrons and VIP guests, including celebrities, in a smoking environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior client-facing hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant preferred; working knowledge of restaurant operations; ability to operate computer equipment and reservations system; excellent communication skills; ability to manage stress while providing professional and friendly service; positive attitude, team player orientation, and commitment to superb customer service; neat, well-groomed appearance and outgoing personality; ability to work in a smoking environment; must be at least 21 years of age; must be able to work weekends
