Position: Host Home Provider – Arizona – Scottsdale and Tempe
About: Mosaic at Home, providing shared living services for people with disabilities in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Providers to join their team. Home providers share their homes with individuals with disabilities, offering support and guidance in daily living tasks to improve their quality of life and independence.
Requirements: Must reside in Arizona; own or rent a home in the state; at least 21 years of age; experience preferred but not required; reliable computer and internet access; complete state-mandated trainings; pass background checks; maintain a safe and clean residence
