Position: Host at Mimo Restaurant and Bar
About: Four Seasons, a luxury hotel and resort chain, is looking for a Restaurant Host to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. The hotel is a new social hub in downtown Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood, offering a vibrant experience with stunning views of the Cumberland River and Riverfront Park. The team at Four Seasons is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with warm Southern hospitality and world-class service culture.
Requirements: Experience working a minimum of 1-2 years in Food & Beverage; Thrive working in a fast-paced and large team environment; The Host position may require continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day; Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required; Preferred experience in a luxury setting; Must be flexible with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday shifts; Strong oral presentation skills; Ability to carry and balance a tray; Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment; Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests; Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
