Position: Host
About: P.F. Chang’s is currently hiring Hosts or Hostesses for immediate full-time or part-time positions. The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by managing the flow of the restaurant and creating positive first and last impressions for guests. If there is a wait, the Host accurately quotes wait times and assists guests with any questions they may have.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required as training will be provided; excellent customer service skills and etiquette; ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures; effective communication with colleagues and guests; flexibility to work varied shifts; adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
