Position: Host
About: P.F. Chang’s is currently hiring Host or Hostesses for their restaurant. The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant and providing a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. If there’s a wait time, they must accurately quote it and address any guest inquiries.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required; excellent customer service skills and etiquette; ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests; flexibility to work a variety of shifts; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
