About: The company is seeking Hosts and Food Runners to join their team. Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring an exceptional dining experience with a focus on Asian cuisine. Food Runners support kitchen and serving teams by delivering dishes accurately and promptly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Attention to detail, teamwork, and understanding of Asian cuisine are key for both positions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hosting or customer-facing role, food running, or similar restaurant roles; knowledge of Asian cuisine and menu familiarity; familiarity with Tall POS and OpenTable systems; excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
