About: The Capital Grille, a renowned restaurant located at 2000 Route 38, is currently seeking a Greeter/Restaurant Associate/Dining Room Staff to join their team. As a Host at The Capital Grille, you will demonstrate genuine hospitality to create an exceptional dining experience by welcoming guests, engaging in friendly conversations, introducing guests to their servers, managing the restaurant waitlist, and expressing gratitude to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a host/hostess role preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide excellent customer service; good organizational skills
