Position: Hospitality Operations Leader – Full Time
About: Tranquil Resorts, a luxury hospitality establishment, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in managing a busy restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, the role involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff, customer service, and financial performance.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager; Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred; Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
