Requirements: Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands; attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service; knowledge of safety regulations and protocols; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
