Position: Hospitality Coordinator – Frank Productions
About: Frank Productions is a leading concert promotion company based in Madison, WI, established in 1964. As a joint venture partner with Live Nation, we handle all aspects of live entertainment events nationwide, from talent buying to production, marketing, and special events, with offices and venues in multiple cities across the U.S.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; applicable experience with Production, project management, and customer relations; must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol purchases and 25 years of age or older for rental vehicles; leadership qualities with respect, integrity, teamwork, and quality; ability to handle difficult situations professionally; willingness to work unconventional hours; ability to work independently and make sound decisions; strong communication skills and attention to detail; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; familiarity with MS Office and project management tools
