Position: Hospitality Concierge

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Business or Communications preferred; Excellent telephone skills; Hospitality and customer service experience required; Event, front desk/receptionist, and switchboard experience preferred; Excellent grammar, editing, and proofing skills required; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Ability to handle clients professionally and manage challenging situations; Ability to problem-solve; Strong team player mentality; Ability to prioritize tasks and projects; Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required with willingness to learn other skills as tasks require
