Position: Hospital Operations Manager
About: Bismarck Animal Clinic and Hospital is actively seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our expanding team. As a Hospital Manager, you will be an essential part of the hospital management team, collaborating closely with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the hospital. Your role will drive revenue, manage costs, and cultivate a hospital culture focused on top-notch patient care and exceptional customer service. You will oversee the planning and coordination of hospital operations while creating a supportive and cohesive team environment. Regular on-site attendance is a fundamental requirement for this position.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience; Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus
