About: Voyages Behavioral Health of Sugar Land is seeking a Hospital CEO to foster a compassionate environment and lead the team to thrive in the healthcare industry with a focus on Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Acute Care.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred; five (5) years of experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry; proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations; strong communication, leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and numerical skills; ability to concentrate and focus for long periods
