Position: Hopkins and Company: Sous Chef

The Sous Chef position plays a crucial role in ensuring positive experiences for the team and guests, managing kitchen operations, and upholding high standards of quality and service.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; minimum 3 years of kitchen leadership experience; must be at least 18 years of age; food safety knowledge; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel; able to move and/or lift products up to 50 pounds; able to stand for long periods and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
