Position: Hopkins and Company: Chef de Cuisine

About: Hopkins and Company, a boutique hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia, led by Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins, is looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join their team. The group operates restaurants such as Holeman and Finch Public House, C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, and H&F Burger and Hop’s Chicken, emphasizing integrity and generosity in the industry.

Requirements: Have at least 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience; Strong food safety knowledge and ServSafe Certified; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel; Able to move and/or lift heavier products up to 50 pounds; Able to stand for long periods, occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch; Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
