Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 5 years of professional culinary experience; At least 3 years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef overseeing restaurant and banquet culinary operations; Experience working with purchase order system and online purchasing programs; Microsoft Office skills; Budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling experience
