Position: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown – Front Desk Agent

About: Front Desk Agents at Aimbridge Hospitality are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. They ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; clear communication and able to handle high-pressure situations; work well in a team and understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions; operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; availability for varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; understanding of hotel products and guest services; ability to create an enjoyable work environment.
