Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably within a luxury environment; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills; knowledge of local events, services, dining, and entertainment options; flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
