Position: Hilton Baton Rouge – Executive Chef
About: At Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Executive Chef will oversee food preparation, maintain quality and safety standards, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to ensure high guest satisfaction and quality service in our hotel.
Requirements: 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience required; Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience; Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity; Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
