About: Highly experienced private chef needed for an exclusive long-term commitment with a high-net-worth family in Miami Beach, with occasional summer travel to Nantucket. The household consists of a couple and their guests, requiring expertise in creating high-quality, clean Mediterranean cuisine and Sushi for formal entertaining of groups ranging from 12 to 24 people.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of private chef experience; previous long-term private chef experience, ideally averaging five years in each employment; specialty in Mediterranean Cuisine and Sushi; ability to prepare a variety of other cuisines; experience catering to small groups up to 25 people; experience working with high-net-worth individuals in a formal setting
