Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma); 1+ year(s) of prior relevant (retail/food service/hospitality) work experience; Previous restaurant/cafe/food service experience preferred; Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships; Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Understanding or acquiring knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; Serve-safe certification preferred or willing to acquire; Ability to work a fully flexible retail schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require nights, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items; Ability to lift to 20 pounds independently
