Position: Barista job
About: Café Leon Dore is looking for a Part Time Barista to join the team in New York, reporting directly to the Café Manager. Our Baristas will be responsible for running all front of house operations whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista; Keen attention to detail; Demonstrates a passion for exceptional customer service and experience; Computer and till system experience; Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment; Flexible working hours; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs; Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis; Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours); Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.
