Position: HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER
About: The County of Los Angeles Fire Department is currently seeking Heavy Truck Drivers to join their team. This role involves driving single unit trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,001 pounds or more, picking up, transporting, and delivering materials, supplies, equipment, and work crews between County facilities and other locations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements; experience in driving heavy trucks; familiarity with truck and equipment maintenance; knowledge of transportation and driving regulations
