Requirements: A.S. degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office; extensive catering experience preferred; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; ServSafe certified highly desirable
