Position: Health Care Concierge, Associate Bilingual- Spanish and/or Nepali Speaker
About: The UPMC Health Plan Member Services Team is currently hiring Health Care Concierge, Associates who are bilingual in Spanish and/or Nepali to be advocates for members and proudly represent UPMC Health Plan. With a close-knit work environment and a culture of service excellence, the Member Services Team educates and guides members through coverage, claims, and program inquiries. Requirements: High school graduate required; associate or college degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required; proficient in typing and writing skills required; ability to make independent decisions required; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet program preferred; complex analytical skills necessary; good organizational skills; desire to help others and portray empathy; ability to learn complex health plan information; demonstrate flexibility and motivation to learn and grow in the position; flexibility in work schedule; fluent in Spanish and/or Nepali
