About: Zuma, a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, is expanding its world-renowned brand with a new location in Cabo San Lucas in 2025. Zuma is known for its dynamic Izakaya dining style and has venues in iconic cities like Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and Boston.
Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized culinary institute or school with a focus on Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation; 5+ years Head Sushi Chef experience or Sushi Chef in a high-volume sushi restaurant or hospitality establishment; must hold a valid health and safety certification as required by local regulations
