Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized culinary institute or school, with a focus on Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation; 5+ years Head Sushi Chef experience or Sushi Chef in a high-volume sushi restaurant or hospitality establishment; must hold a valid health and safety certification as required by local regulations; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
