Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or customer service; 1 or more years of luxury or Michelin experience; strong food and wine knowledge; knowledge of relevant software programs like Toast, Sevenrooms, Tock; skilled in time management and multitasking; strong and efficient communication skills; ability to drive revenue through salesmanship; demonstrated ability to lead a small team; self-motivated to deliver quality service; able to safely transport food and beverages; adept at using necessary tools and equipment; able to multitask calmly in a busy environment; available to work varied hours, including weekends
