Position: Head Remedy Concierge

Their holistic experiences help community members find balance, operate at peak performance, and melt away everyday stressors in an ultra-luxe lounge setting. The Head Remedy Concierge plays a pivotal role in each location, leading a team of Remedy Concierges to uphold hospitality standards, drive teamwork, and provide exemplary front-of-house experiences. This position focuses on offering holistic luxury customer service and is based in Boston, MA.
Requirements: 1-2 years of management/leadership experience, preferably within the high-end hospitality industry; In-depth knowledge of holistic self-care services, including the science behind benefits; Solution-oriented and self-motivated; Strong work ethic; Organized; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition; Enjoy working within a team; Strong time management skills and practices; Proficiency with MAC/OS
