Position: Head Pastry Chef
About: Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for a talented full-time Head Pastry Chef who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, and community as they are. In this role, the Pastry Chef will lead a dynamic team offering a unique menu selection of more than 40 fresh baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made with honest, whole ingredients.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience, with experience in working quickly to decorate amazing pastries; Leadership experience in a retail or food capacity; Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards; Experience with inventory/ordering; Formal culinary education is a bonus
