Position: Head of Food & Beverage

About: The Games Delivery Revenue team oversees the Ticketing, Hospitality, Accommodations and Food & Beverage departments at LA28, the organizers for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. The Senior Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for planning and executing the food and beverage strategy for the Games, managing a large budget, and ensuring guest satisfaction with over 15 million meals served.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of industry experience in catering, with 5 years in leadership roles; Experience in managing high-volume food operations for sports and events; Familiarity with food and beverage companies and technology; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget; Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB); Collaborative mindset prioritizing team success; Innovative thinking and ability to challenge the status quo
