Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity; strong understanding of auction or e-commerce operations, with experience managing large-scale inventory and fulfillment operations; excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development, problem-solving, and operational scalability; proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
