Position: Head Hotel Partnerships VP

The company focuses on leading product strategy innovation and development, enhancing the hotel travel program, and maintaining strong partnerships with top-tier hotel brands to provide incremental value to customers.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience and a successful proven track record within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry; 5+ years of experience in partner management with a focus on building and managing partnerships in the travel space; Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus; Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; Project management and governance experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines; Superior organizational skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills; Experience working on hotel programs within the travel, OTA and/or rewards space; Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business; Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas; Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business; Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus; Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought
