Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in professional high-volume food production or catering, or equivalent education/experience; ability to work well in a team; understanding of various cooking methods, cuisines, and equipment; excellent record in kitchen and staff management; familiarity with industry best practices; valid manager level sanitation certification within 30 days of employment
