Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel; culinary degree or equivalent training; strong leadership and management skills; exceptional culinary skills with a focus on creativity and presentation; in-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
