The Restaurant and Culinary Program is a cornerstone of the Hotel project, providing guests with exceptional cuisine, sophistication, and impeccable service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel; Culinary degree or equivalent training; Strong leadership and management skills; Exceptional culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and presentation; In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
