Position: Head Chef job

About: Snooze, a full-service breakfast restaurant, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in ensuring the highest quality of food and standards in and out of the Heart of House. This role involves overseeing food purchasing, storage, inventory, preparation, and maintaining adherence to Snooze quality, methods, and safety standards, while fostering a creative and developmental environment for the team.

Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States; minimum 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food and beverage service; strong basic math skills, cash register, and Point of Sale system operation; ability to communicate effectively; physically able to stand for long periods and work up to 55 hours per week
