About: The Head Chef at this establishment plays a vital role in the food & beverage department, overseeing and preparing food for all food outlets on the property. The Kitchen Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
Requirements: 2-4 years of Food and Beverage/Kitchen Management Experience; Must have supervisory, coaching, and staff development skills; Exceptional communication and computer skills; Must be ServSafe certified; Must have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions; Guest service-focused; Professional team leader; Detail-oriented; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short timeline goals/deadlines
