Position: Head Chef job
About: Elephant & Co. is a Detroit-style pizza brand with locations in Detroit and Royal Oak. We are known for our innovative approach and bold flavors, focusing on standardization to ensure consistent, high-quality pizza across both locations. We are currently seeking a Head Chef to lead our culinary team with a culture centered around intentionality, scrappiness, and kindness.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally with expertise in pizza, fermentation, and dough-making; Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, inspire, and retain staff across multiple locations; Commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency in all menu offerings; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers; Deep understanding of costing, budgeting, and menu pricing; Culinary degree is a plus but not required
