Requirements: 2-4 years of management experience; Experience with ordering products; Experience with inventory; Proficient in cost analysis and P&L; Must be ServSafe Certified; Must be experienced in compliance with all state health department and EcoSure regulations; Must have creative flare and experience in menu development; Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience; Proficiency leading and inspiring teams; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to deliver on our members’ first values
