Position: Head Baker – Industrial Experience Required
About: Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and team members in the Bakery department. The role involves establishing and maintaining the complete program of baked goods and products for the resort, ensuring the highest level of food quality and developing new menu items aligned with venue themes and company brand standards.
Requirements: Baking and Pastry Degree or Baking Apprenticeship preferred; 5+ years of experience in a high-volume bakery production facility with 5+ years in a supervisory role; Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on special events and business demands
