Position: Hall of Excellence Director (Sports Memorabilia Museum)
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Director to oversee the end-to-end guest experience for the Hall of Excellence, leading the team within the exhibition and ensuring a world-class guest journey through the athlete-centric exhibits. This role involves maintaining professional relationships with vendors, coordinating events and memorabilia movements, and analyzing guest sentiment for continuous improvement of the experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; five (5) years of operational management preferred; experience in logistics and operations management preferred; strong knowledge of athletes, their careers, and legacies; strong management, logistics, and operational competencies; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to maintain excellent guest service standards and work under pressure; knowledge of local competition and industry trends; flexible schedule availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
