Position: Gymnastics Program Coordinator
About: The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Gymnastics Program Coordinator to join their team. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred; One to two years related experience as a coordinator of people or activities preferred; Ability to use computer and typical business software and office machines; Positive attitude and previous experience with children and diverse populations; Demonstrated skills in customer service, public relations, organizational skills, communications, supervision, and file maintenance; CPR, First Aid, AED certifications preferred; Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act); Committed to valuing and promoting diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment; Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on the first day, and other online and in-person training as required
