About: Caesars Entertainment, including Harrah’s Council Bluffs, Horseshoe Council Bluffs, the Mid-America Center, and the Hilton Garden Inn, is seeking talented individuals to join their team. Requirements: Minimum of six years progressive food preparation experience in a multi-outlet operation or a culinary arts degree with four years progressive food preparation experience. Ability to direct food preparation, maintain quality standards, coordinate with front-of-house operations, experiment with new cooking techniques, assess ingredient costs, and analyze food costs.
