Position: Guest Services Supervisor
About: Holiday Inn Express O’Keefe Ave in New Orleans is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the Front Desk functions, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and providing exceptional guest service.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; previous experience in guest services; two years experience as a Front Office Agent, preferably in a four-star hotel; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, management, and coworkers; ability to enforce hotel standards, policies, and procedures with Front Desk staff; ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction to staff; ability to think critically and resolve problems with good judgment; ability to focus on details, suggestively sell available rooms, and handle demanding situations professionally; ability to work under pressure, maintain security and confidentiality of guest information, and work autonomously; proficient in mathematical calculations.
